Kaitlin Harrier has over a decade of experience leading public policy strategies and investments at the highest levels in State government, and was an architect behind many of the education innovation policies in place today. Kaitlin most recently served as Senior Education Policy Advisor to Governor Doug Ducey, responsible for developing and advancing the Executive’s education agenda at all levels from pre-k through postsecondary. Prior to joining the Governor’s policy team, Kaitlin held a leadership position in the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting. She provided fiscal oversight, managed and mentored a team of highly skilled analysts, and guided the development and implementation of budgets and strategic plans for over a dozen cabinet agencies with cumulative annual budgets exceeding $4.5 billion. Kaitlin received her B.S. in Political Science from Northern Arizona University and her Master’s in Public Administration from Arizona State University. Her family proudly calls the west valley home.
